The recipe is super easy and very fast to make. You can substitute the bacon for smoked salmon and use vegetable oil instead of bacon fat for the tray.
Here are the 3 steps…
- Cook bacon and use the fat to line the tray.
- In a bowl, add 4 eggs, 1 cup of milk , 3 tablespoons of melted butter and then add 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Add bacon bits and then spoon into the tray that is lined with bacon fat. Pop in the oven at 425 for 10 min et voila…
- Add your egg and pour on your homemade bechamel sauce.
