Easy peasy cool ceviche….oh yeah!!

Ceviche
Seabass chopped very small… add lemon ( which cooks it) or use apple cider vinegar. I love using chopped ginger, onions, salt pepper and some cayenne.
Refrigerate for at least an hour et voila!!
