Let’s jump start with Coffee Pancakes

Coffee Pancakes
all you need is the following
mix 1 cup of milk and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon( this is a good substitue for buttermilk), 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee ( or real coffee grinds like Panama Joe) and 1 tablespoon of soft butter
then mix into
1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking power with 1/4 teaspoon of salt
if you like coconut oil then heat up and within minutes your pancakes are ready!
For an easy fix…. my favorite…Peanut Butter Pancakes

Peanut Butter Swirl
This one is super easy and gluten free! All you need is the following…
2 eggs, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of baking powder…mix together and cook up! yummmmm
the 3rd hat trick is super healthy…

Oatmeal Pancakes
Oatmeal Pancakes also glutenfree
all you need is the following…
1 and 1/2 cups of oats, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 banana. 2 eggs, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, ( 1 egg white for more fluff)
mix together and cook up in coconut oil or butter
