Oh yeah!!! Hold on to your helmut! These are some fast and healthy dips and ideas for your Superbowl Sunday Snacks…

Artichoke dip
All you need is 14 ounces of artichokes, 1/2 cup of parmesan 1/3 cup of mayonnaise 1/3 cup of sour cream…lemon, salt and pepper…swoosch together and voila….

Tuna Dip
Here is all you need for the tuna dip…
mix together 1, 6 ounce can of tuna, 1 cup of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and a hand full of your favorite nuts( mine are pecans)….

Dips with my amazing Parmesan sour dough bread
Some other fun ways to make these dips useful is to make devilled eggs with them…
Another fun idea is to mix together smoked salmon, cream cheese and mayonnaise with the cooked egg yolk and put back for devilled eggs.
A corn tortilla heated up with some cream cheese and salmon is also amazing!
